With more than 15 years’ experience as attorney at law, she is member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2006. Her main area of competence includes corporate and commercial disputes, adminsitrative law, family law, as well as criminal law.

Marcela holds a LL.M. in Criminal Sciences. She graduated from Law School of „Gheorghe Cristea” University, Bucharest and represents clients in disputes related to contractual liability, bankruptcy procedures, fiscal obligations and public procurement procedures.

With more than 20 years’ experience as a Financial Manager in multinational companies from different areas, she holds a Degree in Economics, Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest, Degree in Law – „Nicolae Titulescu” University School of Law and also holds a Master Degree in Public Communication in the Field of Security and Defense, Carol I University.

She is also a Member of The Chamber of Auditor and a Member of Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants.

She has a large experience in Romanian fiscality, being involved in complex assignments such as restructuring, tax compliance, tax saving schemes, as well as in credits negotiation with banks.

Andreea speaks English, Italian and French.

Sanda is member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2019 and holds a Degree in Romanian Law from University of Bucharest.

She joined our team in October 2020 and her professional activity and practice  are mainly focused on litigation, on both criminal and civil disputes.

Having a genuine interest in all areas of law, she is orientated towards applying progressive, creative and expressive solutions to all sorts of legal situations she is confronted with.

Sanda speaks English and Russian.

Georgiana is a dedicated legal professional with a strong background in criminal law. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2023, which demonstrates her commitment to the legal profession and her compliance with all necessary requirements for practicing law.
She graduated from Nicolae Titulescu University’s Law School in 2022, which provided her with a solid foundation in legal principles and practices. Additionally, she holds a Master’s Degree in Legal Career, which further enhances her expertise in the field.
Since joining our team in 2023, Georgiana has proven herself as a valuable asset. Her professional specialties and practice primarily revolve around criminal matters, showcasing her proficiency in this specific area of law.

He graduated from „Dimitrie Cantemir” University, School of Law in 2011 and he is specialised in corporate and administrative law and also holds a Master Degree in Public Communication in the Field of Security and Defense, Carol I University.
